Retail Customers

 

Domestic (U.S.) Customers:

SmartConceptUSA is commited to give the highest standard of service to all our customers. If your product is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in the order received and after approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, customer will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

SmartConceptUSA.com does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other area outside of the contiguous 48 lower United States.

 

International Customers:

SmartConceptUSA.com does not currently ship internationally.

 

Delivery Information:

All Domestic Retail orders include Free Standard Shipping, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories.

Your SmartConceptUSA product will ship from our U.S. Warehouse within 1-5 business days of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday.
Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following business day.

All Domestic Wholesale orders need to go through the process of registration and approval to get a wholesale account. Shipping will be determined by case of product and according the size of each order through our website or through our customer service staff.
